Join this safe, nurturing class that emphasizes relaxation and imagery, teaches focus and breathing for labor and delivery, and builds strength and flexibility (essential for early motherhood)! Connect with other moms-to-be in our community and share your pregnancy and motherhood experiences and wisdom. This is a 6-week series recommended for mothers-to-be in their 2nd or 3rd trimester. Give your Tween the gift of being unplugged and creative in a non-competitive environment. They will gain lifelong benefits! In this series, your tween will learn techniques for coping with the unique issues they’re faced with every day. We will focus on a different intention each week. Participants will engage in a fusion of yoga postures, music, breath-work, partner and group poses and activities, reflection, relaxation and guided discussion of yoga concepts. The class is designed to be fun, fluid and respectful of the individual abilities of each participant. Ages 7-12. Contact us if you have questions about the age range. Drop-ins are welcome.

In this six-week series, we will take a deep-dive into the ‘why’ behind how yoga helps us gather and direct the radiance within and use it for transformation. This series is for any level of practitioner from beginner to advanced. Each class in the series will consist of a 15-30 minute lecture/discussion followed by a multi-level practice that will include physical movement, breathing practices and short meditation.
