Bexley Yoga has created a safe, encouraging, fun environment where students new to yoga can feel comfortable and confident in their ability to begin a yoga practice.  Classes are approachable and unintimidating. You will learn meditative breathing, proper alignment, and how to increase physical strength and flexibility from our team of expert instructors. You will learn to slow down – even if it’s for only a brief time in your day.

We have classes to suit all levels of students, from very beginner to advanced yogi. I AM NOT FLEXIBLE. CAN I STILL DO YOGA? 

Absolutely! It is a common myth that yoga is for flexible people only. In fact, if you have tight muscles, yoga is just right for you.  Practiced regularly, yoga can help loosen you up and gain valuable flexibility while reaping numerous other health benefits.
