Amanda isenberg
Amanda began practicing yoga in her late teens out of curiosity and continues practicing for the sense of calm and inner peace that her practice provides. A graduate of the 200-hour teacher training program at Yoga on High, Amanda’s mission is to help others find the peace that yoga has given her.
Amanda is passionate about honoring and respecting the roots of yoga and considers herself a lifelong student. She strives to lead classes that are welcoming and inclusive to all students. Amanda truly believes that yoga is for everybody.
Amanda enjoys crafting creative sequences and incorporating music, aromatherapy, meditation, and breathwork into her classes to create a multi-sensory experience. When not practicing yoga, Amanda enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her children.
