Lara Falberg has been teaching yoga since 2006. Trained in Atlanta, GA, Lara teaches inclusive and accessible Vinyasa-style classes that focus on all eight limbs of the yoga path. She's a fierce lover of all dogs, especially her deaf rescue puppy, Dante. Her love of backgammon is slowly becoming a career-goal. She's also a contributing writer for Yoga International, Yogi Approved, and Elephant Journal. She has a yoga teacher resource website, iworkbarefoot.com, that focuses on mini sequences, verbal cues, and class themes. Lara wrote a novel called Yoga Train. It's about a lovable highly flawed (read: human) group of folks moving through the 200-hour YTT experience set in Columbus, Ohio. Follow her on IG and FB. She's definitely not an over-poster.
