Stacey has been teaching various exercise classes for close to twenty years. She is passionate about helping participants reach their fitness and wellness goals. She considers regulars in her classes as fellow fitness fanatics as well as friends. From yoga flow to strength and toning, Stacey's classes offer a variety of intensity levels for any attendee. Stacey is a proud Mom of two and enjoys exercising with her whole family, providing a healthy role model for her kids as they grow in their own love of being active.
