Alice Gantman loves working and collaborating with each individual student to create the best and the most unique mind-body experience to help them achieve the ultimate version of his or her self. She is a modern and fresh yoga teacher skilled in anatomy and human kinesiology through academic studies. She specializes in vinyasa flow yoga technique and is motivated to inspire students to create their own unique mind– body experience on the mat.
With emotional, spiritual, and physical growth as a top concern, Alice continues her education and is a committed lifelong learner. She is a fulltime student at The Ohio State University studying Human Nutrition Sciences in hopes to go to Physical Therapy school one day. When she is not practicing yoga, Alice can be found hiking with her rescue dog Eva, reading a good book, or traveling around the world. Alice received her RYT200 Yoga Teaching Certification from YogaSix Columbus in 2016.
