Retired, and proud mother of three, Bonnie continues her journey teaching yoga to all ages. She discovered how much of a positive impact her practice had on life and health both mentally and physically. She decided to dedicate herself to the study of anatomy and yoga philosophy completing her 500 hour training in 2015 with Laurel Hodory and Faculty. Then in 2016 she joined Laurel and faculty. With a focus on aging brilliantly and productively her philosophy is “Whether you are in your 20’s, 30’s or beyond, the body is aging and it can be empowering!” Her attraction to alignment and awareness melds into a playful, challenging class connecting body, breath and spirit. Together with intelligent sequencing and individualized instruction, each student begins to deepen their personal practice and find a new felt appreciation of who they are TODAY, no matter their stage in life!
