Emily Anderson

Emily Anderson has been practicing yoga for about fifteen years and completed a 200-hour RYT training in Jamaica in 2017. Her background is in Hatha and Vinyasa styles, and she enjoys teaching a variety of classes from beginner foundations to high-energy flow. Emily believes that yoga can benefit people of all ages and backgrounds and strives to provide body-positive, diversity-positive, people-positive yoga instruction in a fun, welcoming environment.
