Anxiety. No matter who we are, we all experience anxiety. For some of us, anxiety is incidental. For some of us, we live in a chronic state of anxiety. No matter how anxiety shows up in your life, learning to shift anxiety is important to your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.

Participants will learn:

-what happens in the body when anxiety arises

-simple practices that have been done for thousands of years to help reduce anxiety, stress and suffering

-how to cultivate awareness to transform anxiety

-self-Care practices for when anxiety has ‘gotten the better of you’

-breathing practices that you can use to create resiliency to manage anxiety

-simple meditation to transform anxiety and make you stronger
