Give your Tween the gift of being unplugged and creative in a non-competitive environment. They will gain lifelong benefits! In this series, tweens will learn techniques for coping with the unique issues they’re faced with every day. We will focus on a different intention each week. Participants will engage in a fusion of yoga postures, music, breath-work, partner and group poses and activities, reflection, relaxation and guided discussion of yoga concepts. The class is designed to be fun, fluid and respectful of the individual abilities of each participant. Ages 8-12. Contact us if you have questions about the age range. Drop-ins are welcome.
