Michele Stollard came to Yoga as a way to relax and reconnect with her body after long days at work as an R.N. Michele quickly became hooked, not only for the physical aspect, but for the mental and emotional benefits she experienced. After years of self-study and attending classes, she knew she wanted to deepen her practice and learn how to effectively share the gift of Yoga with others. Michele graduated from RYT-200 from Laurel Hodory and Faculty in 2015. When she isn’t on the mat, Michele enjoys traveling with her husband and spoiling their 3 dogs.
