Nancy Belay

For me, massage therapy was a midlife career change. Before I became an LMT, I worked for 25 years as a hospital RN. Hospital nursing became much too stressful and I needed a change. I became a licensed massage therapist 20 years ago and have been in practice continuously since then. During my career I’ve done over 14000 massages! For 10 of those years I had my active massage practice and was also an instructor and Clinic Supervisor at the American Institute of Alternative Medicine, where I learned so much. Myofascial Release is my favorite therapeutic modality since it helps so many painful problems. I also do trigger point therapy, relaxation massage, and reiki, and use essential oils in my  practice.  Moving my practice to Bexley Yoga and Wellness has been an amazing positive change for me, and I am grateful to be surrounded by so many wonderful people. I am married to Jeff for 21 years, have 2 grown children, and have lived in Bexley since 1986.
