New to Yoga?
We’re so happy you’re here!
Welcome to Bexley Yoga! Even if you’ve never done yoga—never done a pose, never stepped into a studio—now’s the time to try. We have classes to suit all levels of students, from very beginner to advanced yogi, but no matter which level you choose, our classes are approachable and unintimidating. Our community and instructors are accepting, warm and welcoming, which means no pressure and no intimidation. While you’re here, you’ll learn meditative breathing, proper alignment and how to increase physical strength and flexibility (more on that later!).
We recommend that new students, particularly beginners, contact us by phone or email so that we may personally guide you to the right class. In the meantime, feel free to read some of our offerings and class descriptions to see which best suits you. We hope to see you soon!
