Sabrina first began practicing yoga in 2014. She quickly fell in love with the practice and began attending classes almost daily. Yoga not only strengthened her body but also transformed her mind and body, increasing her focus and becoming present. In just about six months Sabrina decided to deepen her yoga practice and become a registered yoga teacher. Sabrina completed her 200-Hour Yoga Certification Program in July of 2015 at Burn, LLC. She loves to practice and teach creative vinyasa sequences that are both challenging and empowering for any level of experience.
