Sydney is a psychology student at Capital Univeristy who found her love for yoga in high school. After swimming year round for 15 years, she became bored. Then she discovered how fun yoga could be. In her senior year of high school she completed her 200 hour yoga certification in Cleveland with Chagrin Yoga, which was the best decision she has ever made. It has made quite an impact on her life. Sydney likes to make her classes challenging by holding poses and then proceeding to flow through them. One thing she wants you to know is that modifications are always offered and they are your best friend. Her classes give you the ability to push and challenge yourself or take a step back and heal. Off the mat her favorite things to do are have fun in the sun, travel, and spend time with her lovely friends and family.
