Yoga Teacher Training is an opportunity to dive deep into your own experience of yoga practice. In this exploration you will learn about your unique alignment in yoga postures, the limitations holding you back from showing up fully in your life, and practices and techniques to help you reach your full potential as a yoga practitioner and as a participant in daily life.
Beyond personal exploration, you’ll learn about anatomy and biomechanics to help you better understand how to teach people safe and beneficial movement patterns, techniques to confidently guide students through a yoga practice, and the underlying philosophical foundations of yoga and how such concepts inform modern lifestyles.
Most importantly, as a teacher trainee, you’ll be part of a supportive community dedicated to learning in a safe, professional, and light-hearted environment.

Inhale Thrive’s 200HR Teacher Training goes above and beyond a typical Teacher Training program. The combined experience of your lead trainers will provide you with a vast trove of tried-and-true practical techniques to integrate into your own teaching style. Not only have your trainers practiced yoga for a long time, they have worked with fellow yoga teachers for years.
In this particular program emphasis will be placed on applying anatomy and biomechanics concepts specifically to yoga movement, translating yoga philosophy concepts into modern language and practical use, developing clear language and confident communication skills to teach a wide array of students skillfully, and exploring unique ways to establish yourself as a yoga teacher sustainably. This program integrates all the aspects of Patanjali’s 8 limbs of yoga into a framework for teaching asana that moves beyond shapes and poses and invites your whole Self onto the mat.

Training begins January 18, 2020
- 12 Weekday Evenings (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
- 12 4-hour Weekend sessions (Saturday and Sunday)
- 4 Weekend Intensives (8 hour days both Saturday and Sunday)
Graduation is May 3, 2020

Ashley Zuberi trains and mentors yoga teachers to create thriving independent yoga businesses. As a full-time yoga teacher with a former professional career in marketing for yoga companies and experience developing and leading teacher trainings across the US, Ashley uniquely understands how to blend the spirit of yoga with the realities of business. She is the founder of Inhale Thrive, a community-based organization dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable continuing education, mentorship and collaboration opportunities for yoga teachers around the world. She writes extensively about yoga philosophy and the business of yoga at inhalethrive.com and is currently working on her first book — a modern, thematic interpretation and teaching guide of the Yoga Sutra. Ashley is a military spouse, new mom, Ohio native, and has lived in 6 states in the past 6 years.
Bonnie Finneran RYT 500
Bonnie has been teaching yoga for 10 years and has taught all levels and types of students from beginners to yoga teachers. Retired and proud mother of three, Bonnie continues her journey teaching yoga to all ages. She discovered how much of a positive impact her practice had on life and health both mentally and physically so decided to dedicate herself to the study of anatomy and yoga philosophy completing her 500 hour training in 2015 with Laurel Hodory and Faculty, in 2016 she joined the faculty. Her attraction to alignment and awareness led her to continue her own journey of personal growth through the study of a wide array of anatomy both subtle and gross exploring the connection between breath and body which she passes on to her students. Bonnie is a passionate teacher and a forever student with a deep fascination for movement and healing arts. Bonnie is a teacher who combines her extensive knowledge of the body, her intuitive gift of delving deep into self-inquiry and her deep understanding of the role of breath to offer dynamic and life-transforming trainings.
Michelle Mineo E-RYT 200
I received my 200 hour certification in 2013, and after almost 25 years as a Speech and Language Pathologist, I decided to split my focus between my family, people with significant communication disorders, and people who need yoga to ground them in their lives and transition. I have been teaching up to 15 yoga classes a week ever since. I have practiced almost every style yoga to be found in Columbus, OH, but it my preference to teach accessible yet hard and fun vinyasa flow classes as well as yin classes. An avid concert goer, music is everything to me and is an important part of my classes. My personal mantra (Lennon/McCartney) “And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.” I’m grateful to the yoga every day. It grounds me, and it has led to amazing friendships and connections in my Bexley community. Can’t wait to see you on the mat!
